Policy Guidelines:

Exchange & Return Window:
Please inform us about any issue within seven days from the delivery date (including the delivery day). -
Size Issue or Incorrect Product:
In case of sizing concerns or receiving the wrong product, you can request an exchange within seven days.
We will happily arrange a reverse pickup at no extra charge and send the correct product or preferred size, provided it has the same value. -
Price Difference:
If the exchanged product has a higher price, you’ll simply need to pay the price difference online. -
Conditions for Exchange:
Products must be returned unused, neatly folded, properly packaged to prevent damage, and with original labels and tags intact. Exchanges won’t be processed without meeting these requirements. -
Refunds (Defective Product):
Refunds are offered strictly in genuine cases of defective or damaged products upon delivery. If you receive a defective item, kindly email us at contact@nivaroclothing.com, clearly mentioning your order details, describing the issue, and attaching photographs of the defect. -
Other Refund Requests:
In exceptional circumstances, if a return request is accepted despite no defect or error from our end, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund as a nominal logistics charge due to increased courier costs. -
Refund Mode:
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source or directly to the bank account you provide. -
Product Variation Notice:
Slight variations in product color and design compared to images displayed on our website, social media, or advertisements are natural and do not qualify for returns or refunds. -
Damage Responsibility:
We thoroughly inspect every returned item. If we determine that the defect is due to customer handling or negligence, no refund will be issued.
Important: To prevent such issues, avoid accepting visibly damaged packages upon delivery. -
Right to Refuse:
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our policy standards or guidelines mentioned here. -
Exchange Limitations:
Exchange or return requests will be processed only once per order. Items that have been washed or used are not eligible for exchange or refund. -
Sale Items and Discounts:
Products purchased during sales or using discount codes will not be eligible for refunds. -
Size Exchanges:
Free exchanges are available for size-related issues; however, size-related refunds are not permitted.
